Appointment Policies

By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.

I understand that plans change and emergencies can happen. As a small business, these policies help protect my time and ensure fairness for all clients.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made on the same day or with insufficient notice will require payment of the full treatment cost to cover the appointment slot.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your treatment, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Fees may apply.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

If this fee is not paid, no future appointments can be offered.

Policy Compliance

Please note that failure to follow these policies — including repeated late arrivals, cancellations without notice, or unpaid fees — may result in being unable to book appointments with me in the future. This is to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

Reminders

Please ensure that your JENA notifications and emails are switched on, as JENA sends automated reminders for all appointments.
