When booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the policies below.

Cancellations sometimes cannot be helped as I understand life & emergencies can occur. As I run a small business, a policy is important to have in place.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you will need to give at least 48h notice. If you cancel on the day of your appointment with little notice, payment for your treatment booked will be asked to cover the loss.

If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you possibly can , I won't be able to carry on the appointment if you are any later than 10-15 minutes, especially on busier days!

No shows / Forgetting your appointment will require a 100% of their treatment fee. If you refuse to pay this fee, you will no longer be able to book in with me
