1. Welcome to Beauty at 156
By booking an appointment with Beauty at 156, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies help me run my business fairly and ensure a great experience for all clients.
I personally review and confirm every booking request. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from me.
2. Booking Fees
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day.
The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. In some cases, you may be charged for the full treatment cost.
I understand that emergencies happen — please contact me as soon as possible if you're unable to make your appointment.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, let me know as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full treatment, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Fees may still apply.
5. No-Shows
If you don't attend your appointment without giving notice, you will lose your booking fee and may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
Future bookings may not be accepted until any outstanding fees are paid.
6. Payment
Full payment for your treatment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer.
7. Refunds
Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please speak to me directly so I can try to resolve the issue.
8. Consultation Forms
Some treatments require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. This helps me ensure the service is safe and suitable for you.
Please complete any required forms honestly and in full. If forms are not completed, I may not be able to carry out your treatment.
9. Client Expectations
Beauty at 156 is based in my home, so I kindly ask all clients to be respectful of my space and property.
Please arrive on time, ready for your appointment. I want you to feel welcome and relaxed during your visit.
10. Health & Safety
For nail services, you will be asked to wash your hands before we begin. This helps maintain hygiene standards and ensures the best results.
Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns that may affect your treatment.
11. Your Privacy & Data
I take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Your data is stored securely and is only used for the purpose of providing and managing your appointments.
12. Policy Compliance
Repeated late arrivals, cancellations without notice, no-shows, or unpaid fees may result in being unable to book future appointments.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow these policies or behaves inappropriately.

You will receive automated reminders before your appointment. Please ensure your notifications are switched on so you don't miss these.
